Meet Jonathan Fenies; our new sous-chef! He is son of a Lebanese dad and a mom from Bonaire who met on Curacao.
Jonathan studied ad the ROC Mondriaan to become an independent chef and has worked at the Hilton ‘Pearl’ in The Hague with Chef Frank Uphoff.
Six months ago Jonathan moved to Curacao with his soon to be wife and their two kids. He’s a real family man and that’s why he fits perfectly at our domestic restaurant.
