Friday June 29, 2018 we organise an exclusive wine and dine event with Netherlands best well known sommelier; Christiaan Koot. He has more than 35 years of experience in Netherlands best restaurants and hotels. Amstel Hotel, Le Garage, De kersentuin and many others have had the pleasure to work alongside with him.Together with our Chef Stefan Onrust, they composed a delicious 4 course menu including matching wines for the pleasure of your papilla.

The 4 courses

After an amuse trio of mackerel, lobster bisque and striploin we start off with a ceviche of vegetables with haring and curry sauce combined with a Viejo Verdejo. This is followed by a surf and turf of Iberico streaky belly with lobster, razor clamps and white asparagus complimented with a smooth Gava di Gavi. As main course we serve Tenderloin with local spinach, truffle puree, boleten and duck liver sauce accompanied with a Malbec of Alpassion. And for closure we will melt your tongue with poached peach, sabayon, sweet cream of carrot and rosé ice-cream with a sweet bubbling moscato d’Asti.
